Lili Of The Valley Summer "Daydream"

I ordered my first stamps by Lili of the Valley and I have to say I am in love. This little first is called Summer and the stamp is called "Daydream" She was such fun to color up for you today.

I created this birthday card for my sister in law, Sheila Allred. I sure hope she has a wonderful day!

The image was colored using Copics as was the butterflies.

Snail Mail

A dear friend of mine challenged me this week to make a card using one of her Paper Nest Dolls Stamp and the use of the color green. I was not sure at the time why she was wanting me to do this but I am always up for a challenge. So here is my little creation. The Paper Nest Doll's stamp I used is called "Snail Mail". This adorable stamp is available in the The Paper Nest online store.

This was my first time coloring wood and it was a lot of fun.

A Fairy Amoungst Us

I am having such fun practicing with my Copic markers. Today's card was inspired by a YouTube video by Suzanne Dean. She has a 3 part series coloring this Wee Stamp, called "Silver Fairy". I did not have a full range of colors like Suzanne did but I colored her as close to the tutorial as possible. I absolutely love the way Suzanne teaches. She really breaks it down for you segment by segment. 

It is only right for a blog named "Fairy Stamp Land" to occasionally have a fairy project. This fairy was such fun to color. With all the ringlets in her hair to the detail of her wings every moment of coloring her was true enjoyment.

Happy Birthday To My Daughter Nicholette Smith

This blog post is sharing with you my daughter's birthday card that I made for her. Nicholette is 20 years old today and is a full time college student. She also works full time at a hospital so there is a lot of COFFEE in her daily routine. Nicholette is full of life and has an abundance of determination. She knows that she wants to be a registered nurse and continues to work hard in school to make that goal of hers come true. She is an amazing lady and one that I am very proud of. Happy Birthday baby girl!

This card features a little red headed image by La La Land Crafts and she is colored with copic markers. She sure does love her COFFEE just like Nicholette does.... Here is my beautiful girl!

My First Paper Nest Dolls Card - I absolutely ADORE these stamps!

Hi Everyone,

While my friend Sedara was visiting I had a chance to make a bunch of new cards. This one here is one of my three favorites and the first one I will be sharing with all of you. This is my very first Paper Nest Dolls colored image. I am completely in love and I cannot wait for my second order of them to arrive. I had fun with a special fold card from the Silhouette America website and totally enjoyed every aspect of creating this beauty.

 The card is made using Wishing Well Elle Stamp by the Paper Nest Dolls. I colored her with Copic markers and fussy cut her out. The card base and grass were cut using my Silhouette Cameo cut files #39775 Center panel step card by Lori Whitlock and #1075 Grass.

The Winter Blues

I am having such fun learning my Silhouette Cameo. Tonight my cute little card is made using 2 items cut from the cameo. First the tree and second the snowflakes. The design ID used in this project is #53197 and can be found online at the Silhouette Store. 

 I was using a sketch for this card as part of the Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge seen below. They have a theme this week called "Cold & Snowy" and I thought cute little winter snowflakes calling on sweet little Tilda was just perfect to meet this challenge.

Here is a close up of the Magnolia Tilda stamp I used. I colored her with my Copic markers and then fussy cut her out. She was a labor of love I tell ya!

The Key To My Heart

Happy Wednesday Everyone,

I have spent the last couple nights working on this little beauty. Usually a card would not take so long to create, but I am learning my new Silhouette Cameo and the settings can be a little tricky. Thanks to Kathryn Gibson for helping me as I conquer this new acquired skill.

This is a 6x6 card and I used two Magnolia Stamps and used the Masking technique to allow little Tilda to sit upon the comfy chair.

 In her hands she holds her heart. Attached to her heart is a tag that simply says "for you"

Inside the card continues Tilda's sentence.
