While this collection is perfect for festive, wintry scenes, today I’m excited to share how you can stretch it beyond the holidays. Instead of a seasonal card, I’ve created a versatile masculine card that works beautifully for birthdays, promotions, or even retirement.

Step-by-Step Process
In today’s video tutorial, I walk you through the entire creative process:

BetterPress / LetterPress Technique
Using the Holiday Express Press Plate, we start by pressing the detailed train and mountain bridge scene for a crisp, letterpress effect. -
Building the Background
With the first five stencils in the set of 8, I blend rich, natural gray tones to create a bold mountain backdrop. This step alone shows how versatile the stencil set can be when designing non-holiday landscapes. -
Layering the Trees
The last three stencils bring the forest to life! I add depth and color to the trees, which coordinate perfectly with the all-in-one die set, making them pop right off the card. -
Adding the Sentiment
To finish, I used the Pinkfresh Studios “Here for You” Press Plate Sentiment Set with coordinating dies. This gives the card a thoughtful message that’s perfect for a masculine all-occasion design.
